IDENTIFICATION

Government Legislation requires us to accurately record every transaction and properly identify each party that we conduct business with.

The following items are satisfactory forms of Identification:

Provide ONE form of VALID PHOTO ID from the list below:

• Passport (Local or Foreign)
• KeyPass ID Card
• State Issued Drivers Licence
• State Issued Learners Permit
• Firearms Licence issued under the Firearms Act 1996
• Tertiary Education Photo ID

OR Provide TWO documents from the list below:

• Birth Certificate (Full or Extract)
• Certificate of Marriage
• Medicare Card
• Australian Bank Statement or Utility Bill
• Commonwealth Veterans Affairs Card
• Commonwealth Pensioner Concession Card
• Commonwealth Health Care Card
• a pensioner concession card
• any other card issued by or on behalf of a Commonwealth Government Department that certifies entitlement to Commonwealth health concessions
